Do I need a card to try it?
No. The trial is free and needs no card. When it ends, you choose to pay by Pix or card.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you do not subscribe, the account becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted and you can subscribe at any time.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply right away; downgrades from the next period.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. Every payment generates the Brazilian service invoice (NFS-e) automatically, emailed to the billing contact.
What about my patients' data?
They are protected under Brazil's LGPD: only the responsible professional sees answers, every access is logged and nothing is deleted before the required retention (20 years).
