Everyone sees what they should
Health professionals see only the patients they follow and the answers to questionnaires sent in their name. The front desk sees the registry, but never the clinical answers. The clinic owner manages the team, the plan and billing.
Clinic dashboard
The dashboard shows how many patients answered, adherence, alerts and how many patients are improving, stable or getting worse. The owner sees the whole clinic (depending on the plan), and averages of groups with fewer than 3 patients are hidden to protect privacy.
Team, logo and import
Invite professionals from any health field (medicine, dentistry, psychology, physiotherapy, nutrition, speech therapy, nursing and others), put the clinic's logo on the patient's screen (depending on the plan) and import your patient base from a spreadsheet. When someone leaves the team, their patients move to a colleague with their full history.

Frequently asked questions
How many professionals can I have?
It depends on the plan. Each plan has a limit of health professionals; front desk and management staff do not count. Details are on the pricing page.
Who receives the bills and invoices?
The billing contacts chosen by the clinic. Only they see charges and invoices, and every payment generates the service invoice automatically.
Can more than one professional follow a patient?
Yes. If the CPF is already registered at the clinic, the new professional is linked to the same patient, with no duplicate record. Each one sees only the answers to their own sends.
